Full Package

The non-recoverable charge is $2,199.66 per person which covers the non-refundable airline ticket purchased on your behalf along paid expenses that cover registration, orientation materials, and shipping costs.

Land Only

The non-recoverable charge is $400.00 per person which cover paid expenses associated to your registration, orientation materials, and shipping costs.

Dates will be announced by your church in the coming weeks. Once dates are released you will receive priority for 14 days to register for the rebooked tour and we will transfer your funds. Should you decide to cancel at that time you may request a refund, the non-recoverable charge for Full Package registrants is $2,199.66 per person which covers the non-refundable airline ticket purchased on your behalf along paid expenses that cover registration, orientation materials, and shipping costs. The non-recoverable charge for Land Only registrants is $400.00 per person.

Transfer Funds Policy

Once you have registered and funds are transferred to the rebooked tour, the cancellation terms of that tour will apply and a refund for the cancelled tour will not be permitted.
