Please contact your insurance provider to file a claim. Medical Coverage provided by Inspired Travel does not cover trip cancellation.

Since you did not purchase travel insurance, you may request a refund. Refunds could take six to eight weeks. If an airline ticket was purchased on your behalf, your airline ticket may be non-refundable/non-transferrable and in the form of a future credit for up to 6 months. You will have the option to apply your funds to the Rebooked Dates selected by your church. Please see Rebooking Terms below. If you change your mind and would like to rebook, you may change your selection above.

Rebooked Dates

Dates will be announced by your church in the coming weeks. Once dates are released you will receive priority for 14 days to register for the rebooked tour. Should you decide to cancel at that time you may request a refund. Refunds can take 3-6 months or longer as the processing times will be dependent upon the responsiveness of our suppliers in Israel. We will work to recover as much of your funds as possible and if an airline ticket was purchased on your behalf, your airline ticket may be non-refundable/non-transferrable and in the form of a future credit for up to 6 months.

Transfer Funds Policy

Once you have registered and funds are transferred to the rebooked tour, the cancellation terms of that tour will apply and a refund for the cancelled tour will not be permitted.
